What you need

  • macOS 12 Monterey or later, on an Apple silicon Mac.
  • A wired connection to the show network. LXNetTools can listen on a different interface for each protocol.

Installing

  1. Open the downloaded .dmg and drag LXNetTools to Applications.
  2. On first launch, allow access to the local network when macOS asks. Without it, LXNetTools can’t see your nodes or consoles. If you said no by mistake, turn it back on in System Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network.
  3. Choose an interface for each protocol along the top of the window, then switch on the protocols you use.
